These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClaudePromt ("Service", "Platform"). By creating an account or using ClaudePromt, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ClaudePromt. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using ClaudePromt on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately at support@claudepromt.eu if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use ClaudePromt to:
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create on ClaudePromt. By publishing content to the Community Library, you grant ClaudePromt a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share that content with other registered users. You can remove your published content at any time.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
ClaudePromt uses third-party AI models to generate prompt suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use. ClaudePromt is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits on the Builder feature. These limits reset every 24 hours. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice. Attempting to circumvent limits through multiple accounts or automated means may result in suspension.
We aim to keep ClaudePromt available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ClaudePromt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app announcement at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
